Sheffield City Centre

Sheffield is a relatively small place, but don’t be fooled by the size, this city is vibrant, historical and there is always something exciting going on. Basing yourself at the heart of the city means that you’re close to just about everything – including both Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield. 

From the city centre, you can hop on a tram to visit the regenerated industrial district of Kelham Island, which is now a mecca for independent shops, pubs and good food. You could walk on foot to Bramall Lane and watch some Premier League Football. Or maybe you want to fill your lungs with fresh air, the Peak District is only half an hour away on the bus.
